The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce plans and produces several events during the year. As one of the Massachusetts’ Regional Tourism Councils, this is an effort to increase the number of visitors to our area and increase occupancy in local lodging facilities, particularly in shoulder seasons. We work closely with attractions and cultural organizations to avoid conflicts in dates and we maintain a comprehensive calendar of events that is sent to various databases.
Each event has its own staff member assigned and a complement of volunteers who are the backbone of this chamber. There are many ways to become involved and we are most appreciative of the time, talent and energy that volunteers give us.
