Business & Industry: $210.00 Minimum (covers first 5 employees, self-employed or small business)
$5.00 Each (next 50 employees)
$3.00 Each (next 150 employees)
$2.00 Each (next 200 employees)
$1.00 Each (next 400 employees)
Professionals: $210.00 Covers first partner and office
$25.00 Each additional partner
Banks: Negotiated and based on assets.
(rates are based on full time employees - 2 part-time equals 1 full-time)

This form constitutes an application for Membership in the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. It is agreed that this membership is to be continued until cancelled in writing.
